Marketing Lead

We're building AI that makes websites self-improving through continuous experimentation. We've grown to six-figure ARR with almost no outbound or paid ads, and recently raised €1M from experienced angels.

Now we need someone who's actually done this before to build our growth engine properly.

You'll be building our acquisition and activation strategy from scratch. We have a basic PLG flow that's working, but it needs someone to optimize it, scale it, and turn it into a real growth system.

This is a hands-on role where you'll own the entire growth function:

• Build and scale our PLG motion: onboarding that converts, activation that sticks, expansion that compounds
• Own acquisition channels end-to-end: paid, organic, partnerships, whatever works
• Run experiments constantly: messaging, pricing, flows, channels
• Work directly with product to make growth part of what we build
• Set up the analytics infrastructure

• 2+ years scaling B2B SaaS through product-led growth
• Comfortable with tools like GA4, Mixpanel, and whatever else gets the job done
• Bonus: experience with technical products, CRO background, or early-stage startup
