Software Engineer
We're hiring a talented and experienced Software Developer to help ship and scale our core product.
Dalton is an AI CRO co-pilot that lets growth teams ship experiments without developers. We're a small, ambitious team in Ghent building the future of self-improving websites.

What you'll do
- Own meaningful slices of our experimentation runtime end-to-end.
- Design and ship features that span ingestion, the bandit/optimization engine, and the in-page experience.
- Pair with the founders on architecture decisions and on the trade-offs between speed and durability.
- Talk to customers; turn their pain into product.
Who we're looking for
- 3+ years of professional experience shipping production software — TypeScript / Node.js / React preferred.
- A bias toward shipping. Strong opinions, loosely held.
- Comfortable owning ambiguity: figuring out the problem before reaching for a solution.
- Cares about quality without over-engineering.
Nice to have
- Experience with edge runtimes, low-latency systems, or A/B testing infra.
- Background in CRO, growth, or marketing technology.
- You've worked at an early-stage startup before.
